increase of minimum wage 2024

Dear clients,

With effect from 1 January 2024, the minimum wage for full time job is increased to CZK 18,900. At the same time, there was also an increase in the lowest levels of the guaranteed wage for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 8th groups of jobs.

Minimum monthly salary 2024 CZK 18,900 ( for 2023  CZK 17,300 CZK - increase of 1,600 )

Minimum hourly wage 2024  CZK 112.50 ( for 2023  CZK 103.80 CZK - inrease of 8.70 )

Increase of minimum of the guaranteed wage   2024  for this groups of jobs    :     
1.                   18 900 Kč   
2.                  19 500 Kč   
3.                  21 300 Kč   ( for example : mason or plumber, repairman of electrical or heating appliances, barber and hairdresser, salesperson, cook, cashier, waiter or bartender, invoice clerk )
